We aim to process your order the same working day. Orders paid before 16.00 hours that are in stock will reported for shipping that day.
Returns and Exchange
For all your orders at concretematters.co.uk a trial period exists of 14 days after delivery.
In case you wish to return or exchange your order send us an email containing your name, order number, product and reason for return. Products may not be used and individual product packaging may not be opened.
