Question: How do I maintain my designer concrete product?
Answer: In principle, you don’t have to do anything to maintain it. However, it is important to know that you can only clean it with natural green soap. DO NOT use products with a decalcifying effect.
Question: Is designer concrete sensitive?
Answer: No, not as long as you use the sealers provided in the right order. However, watch out for certain products such as: acids, decalcifiers and ammonia.
Question: What is the delivery time on products in your web shop?
Answer: You will always have your products within 5 working days, but if you order before noon, they are sent to you the very same day, except at weekends.
Question: Can designer concrete withstand heat?
Answer: Designer concrete can handle heat well, although we do advise you to use a mat for hot pans and a cutting board for cutting.
Question: What is the minimal thickness?
Answer: We advise a minimal thickness of 18 mm (0.7 inches).
Question: What can I make from 1 Starter Pack?
Answer: The Starter Pack contains all ingredients to make 37 kg (81.5 lbs) or 18 litres of coloured concrete. That is enough for 1 m2 (10.75 ft2) at 18 mm (0.7inch) thickness.
